At Bathandbodyworksusshop, we want you satisfied with your luxury fragrance, skincare, or home essential purchases. This policy outlines refund eligibility, return requirements, and processing details.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of delivery. Regular-priced items only; personalized products are non-refundable unless defective (see Section 3).

2. How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and refund reason to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without a valid RA will be rejected.

3. Refund for Defective or Damaged Items

Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items (e.g., leaks, breaks) within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the product/packaging. We’ll offer a full refund or free replacement, covering all shipping costs.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

We cover return shipping only for defects, damage, or our errors (e.g., wrong item). Customers pay for returns due to change of mind—these fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time & Method

We inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt, then process refunds in 5-7 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method. Note: Bank processing may take an additional 3-7 days.

6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

Non-refundable items: personalized products (unless defective), opened/used items (hygiene/quality), free gifts/promotions. Sale/clearance items qualify only if defective.
